Weddings
Fifty United provides a beautiful, lovingly-maintained heritage building, ideal for weddings! We are centrally located between Hamilton and Niagara regions, making us easily accessible to all your guests.
The sanctuary can comfortably hold up to 150 guests, and the Narthex at the front of the Church can comfortably hold 12 wedding party members before you walk down the aisle.
Our Church is fully wheelchair accessible. -
Lower Hall
The Church’s Lower Hall can accommodate up to 80 guests, and use of our kitchen (complete with stoves, sink & refrigerator) is available for an additional fee.
This space has hosted many successful private events, and is ideal for a bridal shower, baby shower, hosting a class or meeting with a group. The space also serves well for Community Events.The Lower Hall is home to our wheelchair accessible washrooms, reached via our elevator.

Upper Library
Our Upper Library provides a cozy, more intimate space for smaller gatherings of up to 25 people. Get comfortable on the couches by the electric fireplace and enjoy this bright, tranquil space.
This space is ideal for groups like book clubs and sewing circles! The Upper Library is fully wheelchair accessible via our elevator (2016). -
Sanctuary
Our 1869 Sanctuary is a comfortable place to gather, steeped in the rich heritage of Winona. Intricate woodwork, opulent stained glass windows and a uniquely detailed ceiling complete the space, along with modern sound equipment, and a projection screen.
The Sanctuary is also home to our Organ, known affectionately as the Grand Old Lady. The space can comfortably hold 150 guests.The Sanctuary is wheelchair accessible, except for the balcony space and the stage.
We look forward to providing a bright and beautiful space for a variety of gatherings, including but not limited to celebrations of life, memorial services, music recitals and guest speaking engagements.
